Hello! My name is Sinath, a psychologist at Sombok Psychology.
I am passionate about walking alongside clients with warmth, gentleness, and deep compassion. For as long as I can remember, I have believed that having a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard is vital for healing. My practice combines Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I tailor the approach entirely to your unique journey. I have experience working with women, young adults, and teenagers.
At Sombok, I am here to be a trusted guide—helping you uncover your inner strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and find meaningful growth at your own pace. It’s a privilege for me to hear your story and walk with you.
My areas of interest are:
Personal growth and building resiliency
Depression
Anxiety and stress
Grief
Trauma
Child development
When I am not in the therapy room, I love to spend time in nature, stay active by walking and running, enjoy time with my favorite people, and get lost in a good book. I also love preparing and enjoying healthy meals. These practices help me remain grounded and present, both in my personal life and in my work as a therapist.
