Hello, I am Tepy. I joined Sombok Psychology as an Operations Manager to help create a welcoming environment where both clients and colleagues feel valued and cared for.

With over 10 years of experience in operations, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with people across various settings, developing a strong appreciation for listening, understanding different perspectives, and offering support when it’s needed most. Alongside this, my own journey of emotional healing and personal growth has shaped my belief in empathy, meaningful connection, and the small acts that help people feel seen and understood.

I support the team by helping create a positive and supportive environment where things run smoothly each day.

When I’m not working, I often take time to reflect, learn, and engage in activities that support my well-being. I also value meaningful connections and simple moments that bring balance and positivity.
